PBEM Player Replacement tweak

Currently you need 4 in 6, 3 in a 5 etc...Quite often you have games where 2 or three players have disappeared for weeks or months. There are offers to replace but they can't get the required votes, so the game stalls and dies.

Perhaps if a player has been absent for over 2 weeks then you only need 2 votes for the replacement? It might help keep some of these games alive.

Maybe decrement the required number of people by 1 for every week/2 weeks of inactivity (based on the last non-player replacement move)

Good idea. Something needs to happen because although the site lists 90+ active games, a bunch of them are dead men walking. Players just give up and leave the active players hanging. Particularly if they have had bad luck and are playing a dead hand.

One more idea is waiting list, players who join that list will be auto-added in game which needs replacement
